WebEx e-learning system / meeting center is a very user friendly and easy to use web-based application. You do not need to read all details of this page to get started. In most cases, as a student you will receive a link for your class previously scheduled, you simply click that link, then you will be able to attend the class. When you start your class at the first time, WebEx will install all applications you need in just 2-3 minutes. It's all.

Features
Attend Class from PC, Mac, Unix or Mobile Phone: WebEx is web-based application for e-learning and business meeting or conferencing, therefore as long as you can connect with the internet, you can attend MBMU classes. Not only desktop, laptop of your PC, Mac or Unix, you also can attend our class with your mobile phone blackberry. Attend Your Class from 
: Your teacher schedules the class, invites you with a single link delivered to your email address, and your class schedule can even appear on your iGoogle homepage. You simply click the link and attend the live class. If you cannot attend the live class due to any reason, no worry, your teacher will record the class and send you a link to allow you to attend it afterward when you have time.
Like Conventional Classroom: All instructors and students meet online face-to-face with full Video and audio support, like a conventional classroom. Students not only listen to the teacher, but also actually see and interact with the teacher and other students at in the online classroom. Any student can ask questions and get answered by the teacher. Group discussion in the classroom together is also possible.

Recording, Playback and Editing: All Live Classes can be recorded and edited in WebEx online or offline by the instructor. Therefore a student can review the recorded class again if anything is missing or not fully understood during the class. A student who missed the time and could not attend the live class, can review the class afterward when time allowed, providing great deal of convenience for students who are in any places in the word. Please be aware that only the course teacher and administrator of the system at MBMU are allowed to record and edit the course. The recorded course is property of the school and is allowed for registered students to review at that particular class during the school year or quarter, but is not allowed to save to local disk or distribute to outside the school. The teacher is allowed to access the recorded course as the university faculty.
WebEx Universal Toolkit
Use this browser plug-in to create multimedia slides that you can share during events. Add WebEx Recorded Files (.wrf), audio, video, Flash animations, or Web pages and then save the slides as a WebEx Universal Communications Format (.ucf) file. During a meeting, you can share the UCF file and display multimedia effects.

Productivity Tools
WebEx Productivity Tools include the WebEx One-Click program and WebEx integrations with other programs, such as Microsoft Outlook, IBM Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, and instant messengers. Using One-Click and the WebEx integrations, you can schedule, start, or join online meetings quickly, without having to go to your WebEx service Web site. Return main menu
Integration to Microsoft (OCS, e.g. Lotus Notes)
WebEx has made great integration into Microsoft Office Communication Server (OCS), and many more integration points within other microsoft product suite. From sharepoint integrations to all of the office products within MSFT as well as outlook.
Here you can download the one of the integration with Lotus Notes. To install this program, you must have Manager and Designer database access privileges. If you do not have database access privileges, you must first have your Lotus Notes administrator run the Lotus Notes Admin Tool, and then download and install the Productivity Tools software.

System Requirements
Before you attend the web video class that will share audio, video, or Flash applications, please make sure that your computer meets the requirements.
1. A reliable computer (PC, Mac, Unix, mobile phone or any kind of platform);
2. Microphone and WebCam attached to the computer;
3. Internet connection with DSL, Cable, T1 or wireless;
4. Web Browser (e.g., Internet Explore, FoxFire, Safari) installed;
5. Basic applications loaded such as MS Office.

When you join the first class, WebEx will verify your computer's qualification and configuration to see whether your system meets the requirement. In fact the most computers, laptop and mobile phone BlackBerry, Nokia and Samsung handsets, etc. are equipped and configured enough to meet WebEx's requirement.

Download and Installation
Meeting Center Application for a Web Browser
To start or join a class / meeting you will need to download, install, and configure the WebEx Meeting Center application. When you receive a scheduled class / meeting from your teacher, the first time you join or start a meeting, the Meeting Center application will automatically be installed; however you can also manually download and install it.
Note: You must have administrator privileges on your computer to use this installer.

WebEx Player & Recorder (Online)
To attend MBMU online class, all you need is to take a minute to install WebEx Player. If you have never installed WebEx player, when you first time click on the Class Meeting Link your teacher provided to you, it will usually automatically bring you to the installation process, otherwise you can download here by clicking on an appropriate link.

Standalone WebEx Recorder & Player (offline)
Unlike the integrated Recorder, which is available only in the Meeting window, the standalone version of Recorder is available offline—that is, outside of a meeting. Thus, you can record applications or your computer's desktop at any time to create software demonstrations, training, and so on.

WebEx Recording Editor
You can use WebEx Recording Editor to edit any recording (.wrf) that was made using WebEx Recorder. The system requirements for WebEx Recording Editor are the same as those for WebEx Recorder and Player.

WebEx Network Recording Player for Advanced Recording Format (.arf) files
This WebEx Network Recording Player allows interactive playback of WebEx Advanced Recording Format (.arf) files that have been streamed or downloaded to your site. With this WebEx Network Recording Player, you can control the session panels, just as in live WebEx meetings, and navigate to an event in the recording via the Table of Contents. Advanced Recording Format files contain all audio from the recorded session, including WebEx Integrated Teleconferencing, 3rd Party Conferencing, VoIP, and Audio Broadcasting. |

Streaming Recordings on Your Web Site
